  • What the elections told me is that this country is sorely missing moderate leadership - people who can see both sides of an argument and find common ground. Instead what we have are extremists memorizing their talking points and looking for a microphone.

  • I'd rather Windows wouldn't come out with upgrades to the operating system so often and close in time. They should never have gone to Vista but gone from XP to Windows 7. Now, before we have had a chance to really get use to Windows 7, they come out with Windows 8.

  • I feel sorry for anyone who thinks reducing spending ONLY or reducing taxes will create jobs. Bush lowered taxes over and over while taking us to two wars. Anyone recall where we were at the end of his presidency - taking on our first stimulus to try to avoid falling off a cliff.

  • There ARE a lot of women working in sales in the insurance industry - HOWEVER, look around - there aren't a lot of them advancing. Its a dead end job for women. Its sales or bust.
